1. Easy Returns: At Chop-Chop Logistics, we strive to make returns hassle-free. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 3-7 days from the delivery date.

2. Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging. Customized or personalized items may be eligible for return if they are damaged or defective.

3. Initiate Returns with Ease: Initiating a return is simple. Contact our dedicated customer service team via support@chopchoplogistic.com or through our online chat support. Please provide your order number, a brief reason for the return, and, if applicable, attach photographs of any damaged items.

4. Responsible Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of Chop-Chop Logistics errors or defective products. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.

5. Timely Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will promptly notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

6. Customer-Focused Support for Damaged Items: For damaged or defective items, we understand the urgency. Contact us immediately, providing supporting photographs of the issue. We are committed to resolving such matters promptly to ensure your satisfaction.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel an order at any time before the courier initiates or completes the delivery.

Initiation of the order is defined by the courier reaching the pickup point as scheduled. In such cases, only a partial refund can be provided.

Completion of the order is defined by the courier visiting the pickup and at least one delivery location within the order schedule. In such instances, a refund cannot be initiated. For cancellations, customers can use the cancellation options in the app or directly from the Chop-Chop web portal. For cancellations with the assistance of Customer Support agents, please contact us via chat on the website or app. Our specialists will attend to customer requests during working hours within the availability waiting period regulated by Customer Support instructions.

Cancellation fees will be applicable to orders that were initiated or fully or partially completed, as follows:

If the pickup was done by the courier or the courier reached the pickup address at or before 30 minutes to the scheduled pickup time and contacted the customer to notify the pickup, the cancellation fee will be equal to the pickup charges of the scheduled order.

In the case of cash payment for services, cancellation charges will be debited from the Customer's Chop-Chop balance in the form of a credit note and will be applied to the next order placed by the customer.

In the case of non-cash payment mode, cancellation charges will be directly debited from the Customer's Chop-Chop prepaid/postpaid balance, reflecting in the Customer's dashboard and invoice for the period as a cancellation fee. The fee will be applied to the same order number with Chop-Chop, which was canceled.

Refund Policy

After confirmation by the investigation team and receiving positive feedback, the refund will be credited either to the Customer's Chop-Chop balance in the form of a credit note or directly to the Customer's bank account within 7 working days, depending on the preferred mode by the Customer.
